Draft. These details are incomplete and not yet legally binding. Bagful is in a non-public beta.

Terms of use

Courtesy translation. The German version is the legally authoritative one. These terms contain the information on restrictions of use required by Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

1. Provider and scope

The service is provided by «Anbietername eintragen». These terms apply to the web application, the mobile apps and the MCP interface.

2. What the service is

Bagful is a shared shopping list. You create lists, invite others by link, edit entries together in realtime, and may connect your own AI assistant over the MCP interface. Use is currently free of charge.

3. Your account

You may use Bagful with a registered account or as a guest. You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for content posted through your account.

4. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

We apply automatic usage limits to keep the service running. Requests exceeding those limits are temporarily refused. For serious or repeated breaches we may restrict access or suspend the account; for minor ones we will point them out first.

5. Your content

Content you post stays yours. You grant us only the right to store it and display it to the members you have authorised, for the purpose of running the service. We make no other use of it.

6. Beta

Bagful is in an early testing phase. The service is provided free of charge and with no guaranteed availability. Features may change or disappear. Please do not rely on data being retained indefinitely, and keep a separate copy of anything important. See the privacy policy for what is recoverable.

7. Connected AI assistants

If you connect your own AI assistant, it receives the permissions you grant. We are not responsible for the assistant or its provider. You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, without giving reasons. What happens on deletion — in particular the automatic transfer of shared lists — is described in the privacy policy . We may discontinue the service on reasonable notice, or immediately in case of serious breaches of section 4.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected. As the service is provided free of charge, the statutory limitations for gratuitous contracts otherwise apply.

10. Changes

We will announce changes to these terms in the application or by email. If you do not object within a reasonable period, or continue using the service, the changes are deemed accepted. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
